Master Sgt. Glenn Davis, a member of the 166th Civil Engineer Squadron, 166th Airlift Wing, New Castle, Del., is the Delaware Air National Guard's FY 2009 First Sergeant of the Year. Sergeant Davis, a resident of West Grove, Pa., is the First Sergeant of the 166th CES. A traditional (part-time) military member, Sgt. Davis is employed full-time as practicing civil and criminal lawyer in Pa.
