7/24/2012 - Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., right, and Dr. Jill Biden, left, with Delaware Air National Guard State Command Chief Master Sgt. Lynn Davis, center, at the New Castle ANG Base, Del. on July 16, 2012. Chief Davis, a resident of Camden, Del., is retiring as the top enlisted leader of the Delaware ANG. She made unit history in 1996 when she became the first chief master sergeant in the Delaware ANG, and has completed 33 years of military service, of which 28 years were with the Delaware ANG.
