Brigadier General Stuart M. Solomon

Brig. Gen. Stuart M. Solomon serves as the Assistant Adjutant General – Air, Joint Force Headquarters, New Castle, Delaware. He exercises command and control over the wing performing airlift, aeromedical evacuation, and cyberspace operations missions, and serves as principal advisor to The Adjutant General on the execution of air guard assets. He is responsible for force presentation of qualified airmen and the implementation of strategy, policy, plans and initiatives related to the State Partnership Program, federal and state homeland security and civil support mobilization, and overall mission readiness within the Delaware Air National Guard.

Brig. Gen. Solomon was commissioned through the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1999.  Over the next several years, Brig. Gen. Solomon served on active duty as a Logistics Officer at the squadron, group, and headquarters levels at McGuire and Langley Air Force Base.  While at Langley Air Force Base, he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Prior to his current position, he was the Special Assistant to the ATAG for the Delaware National Guard, Joint Force Headquarters. In this strategic role, he was responsible for the strategic application of Delaware’s joint Cyber forces to support the Federal and State Missions across Army and Air resources.

In his civilian capacity, Brig. Gen. Solomon is a long-time cyber security industry executive and currently serves as the CEO of a large multinational cybersecurity company in addition to being an on the Board of Directors helping to guide multiple global cyber security companies.
