FY25 ANG Incentive Program

The current bonus list below is effective 1 APR 25 - 30 SEP 25 unless otherwise noted or superseded by future written guidance. Members that are ELIGIBLE to reenlist, contact Retention Office to determine your eligibility to receive a bonus.

  • AGRs and Technicians to include Indef Positions are not eligible, Traditional Drill Status Guardsmen only!
    •  If a member is serving under an incentive, and they take a full-time position, they must notify the ROM
  • AFSC MUST be on the lists below to be eligible
  • Enlisted members must have less than 16 years total military service from their Pay Date
  • Enlisted members can reenlist within 30 days if they are currently serving in a bonus contract however, they retain their ETS, and their new DOE is the day after that ETS
  • If not serving on a bonus a member can reenlistment 90 days before their ETS
  • Members in an excess position are NOT eligible for incentives.

National Enlisted Incentive List - Six Year Enlistment/Reenlistment

  • NPS: Non-Prior Service. This refers to individuals who are joining the military for the first time and have no prior military experience.

  • FQ: Fully Qualified. This refers to individuals who are already fully trained and certified in a specific AFSC or role, meeting all required qualifications without needing further retraining.

  • Critical: $60,000 (Fully Qualified) / $45,000 (Retraining)

Selective Retention Bonus (Reenlistment Bonus)

  • Highly Critical: $90,000 (Fully Qualified) / $70,000 (Retraining)
  • Critical: $60,000 (Fully Qualified) / $45,000 (Retraining)

Affiliation Bonus

  • Highly Critical: $75,000 (Fully Qualified) / $65,000 (Retraining)
