We're happy to announce that the Delaware Air Guard launched a new Facebook page for RECRUITING on July 12!

Please take time to go to the link and "Like" the new page, www.facebook.com/DEAirGuardRecruiting, and share the link with your family, friends and members of the community, near and far.

The Delaware Air Guard recruiting team will use this social media tool to talk with members of the local community using one of their most preferred manners of communicating. There are over 840 million worldwide Facebook users, with hundreds of thousands of users in Delaware and the immediate area, many of whom are in the sweet spot for military recruiting demographics between the ages of 17 and 35.

Recruiting staff administer the page, post and respond to content. Guidance and support is provided by the 166th Airlift Wing Public Affairs office as the Recruiting page gets off the ground.

Our wing Facebook page, www.facebook.com/166thAirliftWing, administered by the public affairs team, obtained 600 page "Likes" earlier this month, making it one of the top five most "Liked" Facebook pages of all ANG C-130 airlift wings. That page will remain active communicating to the wider community, including current members, retirees and to civilians throughout Delaware and the region, acting as a wingman to help drive visitors to the new recruiting page.

If you have any questions about the recruiting page, please call Master Sgt. Tanya Harris in the Recruiting office at (302) 343-3447.

Thanks for assisting your Delaware Air Guard Recruiting Team, and the Delaware Air National Guard.
