WILMINGTON, Delaware -- Announcement from Delaware National Guard Joint Force HQ:

The Adjutant General, Delaware National Guard requests the pleasure of your company at a change of command and retirement ceremony.

Brigadier General J. Wayne Merritt will relinquish command of the Delaware Air National Guard to Brigadier General Carol A. Timmons and will retire after more than forty-two years of service.

DATE: Sunday, the eighth of January at two o'clock

LOCATION: Delaware Air National Guard Main Hangar, 2600 Spruance Drive, New Castle, Delaware.
