Information Domination by Delaware's Cyber Corps

NEW CASTLE, Delaware -- "Informatio Dominatus" is the motto behind the mission of the 166th Network Warfare Squadron.

In Latin, dominatus can mean: rule, mastery, or domination. Informatio means: concept, idea.
