New rewards program for recruiting referrals launched by Air National Guard

Four new recruits are sworn into the Delaware Air National Guard on Sept. 30, 2011 by 166th Airlift Wing Commander Col. Jonathan Groff inside the unit headquarters in New Castle, Del.
