All personnel of the 166th Airlift Wing,

Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on attaining an excellent rating on the ORI. Awesome! I had occasion to speak to the AMC IG Team and they had nothing but praise for the exceptional performance of the Wing.

Everything I observed throughout the inspection was testimony to your commitment to excellence. Under less than optimal conditions you demonstrated why our 166th Airlift Wing is held in such high esteem by all in our Air Force.

To all of you who supported this endeavor, whether at our base or deploying to Alpena, I am in awe of the dedication, skills, experience, selfless service, and competence that you exhibit every day. It is reflected in the pride you show in each task and undertaking.

Please accept my appreciation for your efforts and please pass on my compliments to those who may not receive this correspondence. It is my distinct honor to serve with such an outstanding team of professionals. I'm proud to be a member of the 166th Airlift Wing of our Delaware National Guard.
