NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Delaware -- Chief Master Sgt. Shaune Peters, command chief, 166th Airlift Wing, announced on Nov. 4, 2014, the names of the Airmen selected as 166th Airlift Wing Airmen of the Quarter for the third quarter of calendar year 2014 (July-Sept., 2014).
