Exercising in the clouds
The shadow of a Delaware Air National Guard C-130 H2 transport aircraft is displayed in the clouds off the Delaware coast on Sept. 9, 2013 during the initial response phase of a readiness exercise involving about 350 personnel of the 166th Airlift Wing at the New Castle ANG Base, Del.
