Retired Senior Master Sgt. John R. Quigley (left), a Del. Air National Guard C-130 aircraft flight engineer and combat veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm (1990-1991), and a resident of Frankford, Del., is presented the Military Airlift Command Individual Flying-Hour Milestone Award for attaining 15,000 mishap-free flying hours by 166th Airlift Wing Commander Col. Jonathan Groff during the 16th Annual Del. ANG Retirees' Breakfast and FY 2012 Honoree ceremony on Oct. 14, 2011 at wing HQ, New Castle ANG Base, Del. This award was overlooked 21 years ago as the unit prepared to deploy overseas in Aug. 1990 after Iraq invaded Kuwait. Master Sgt. James D.
