President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama emerge from Air Force One, parked on the ramp of the 166th Airlift Wing, Delaware Air National Guard in New Castle, Del. on Jan. 12. They were in Wilmington, Delaware to attend funeral services for the mother of Vice President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., a Delaware resident. Maj. Gen. Francis D.
