Delaware Air National Guard C-130 tail #40206 takes off from the New Castle ANG Base, Del., with seven aircrew members aboard to perform a local proficiency training mission on Dec. 7, 2013. This mission, along with another flight today, is recognized by the Delaware ANG to help celebrate the 166th Airlift Wing’s reaching the milestone of 175,000 safe flying hours without a serious mishap over the last 50 years.
