NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del. - Col. Robert Culcasi, commander, 166th Airlift Wing, speaks to members of the Delaware Air National Guard during a commander’s call held on May 6, 2018. Culcasi discussed the following topics during the meeting: future deployment cycles, resource management, readiness, unit exercises, equipment inventory, and career-field training.
