NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del. – The 166th Airlift Wing, Delaware Air National Guard, will be conducting an Antiterrorism / Emergency Management exercise this Saturday, August 4, 2018, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Members of the local community may notice out-of-the-ordinary movements of people or vehicles on base, hear occasional loud noises or witness other activity as part of the exercise scenarios. The public should know this activity is related to our controlled exercise.

This Mission Assurance exercise will evaluate the 166th Airlift Wing’s Emergency Management, Antiterrorism, Force Protection Conditions, Fire and Emergency Services, Disaster Preparedness Plans and Public Health programs.

This is a planned training event by the 166th Airlift Wing, Delaware Air National Guard, at the New Castle Air National Guard Base.
