Chief Master Sergeant Todd V. Dugar

Chief Master Sergeant Todd V. Dugar is the Command Chief, 166th Airlift Wing, Delaware Air National Guard, New Castle, Delaware. The wing’s overall mission is to provide tactical airlift and air drop, aeromedical evacuation, civil engineering, and cyber operations in support of domestic operations and the Air Force’s global air mobility missions. Chief Dugar is the principal advisor to the commander and senior leadership on matters influencing the readiness, health, morale, welfare, and professional development of more than 1,100 ANG members and how they are utilized to support strategic wing initiatives. Chief Dugar provides leadership and management in organizing, equipping, and training assigned personnel in subordinate squadrons.

Chief Dugar's career with the Delaware Air National Guard began in December 1989 when he enlisted as an Aerospace Propulsion Specialist. Over the years, he has held various positions within the Aircraft Maintenance career field, including Aerospace Propulsion Specialist, Aerospace Propulsion Work Leader, Aerospace Propulsion Supervisor, and Aircraft Production Superintendent. Prior to his current assignment, Chief Dugar served as the Senior Enlisted Leader of the Component Maintenance Flight in the Maintenance Squadron.

Additionally, Chief Dugar has completed numerous overseas tours and deployments in support of various operations, including Coronet Oak, Senior Scout, Joint Forge, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, Inherent Resolve, Freedom Sentinel, and Cope Taufaun.
