The National Guard Bureau currently has a program in place to provide free Child Care Services to our Airmen on drill weekends. The 166th Force Support Squadron will manage this program and I am soliciting your assistance in polling your personnel [in all units of the Delaware Air National Guard] for interest in participating in this system.

Please have your interested Airmen send an email to Airman 1st Class Gabrielle Rieker using the subject "Child Care," or call her at 323-3424. Based on the number of responses she receives in the coming weeks, the 166th FSS will work to emplace a robust and safe system to improve quality of life and recruitment/retention objectives for our most valuable asset, our Airmen.

I am grateful for your attention and consideration in getting this important message out to the troops.
