DEERS/RAPIDS Identification Card System down on Feb. 13 and 14

NEW CASTLE, Delaware --  Notice from 166th Force Support Squadron to all concerned:
  • The DEERS/RAPIDS I.D. Card System will be down on Mon., Feb. 13 and Tue., Feb. 14, 2012 for a complete equipment upgrade. During this time, no I.D. Cards will be able to be issued and no pin resets will be accomplished.
  • You will be notified as soon as there is any change to the status of the DEERS/RAPIDS System.
