NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Delaware -- Listed below are the arrangements for the memorial service in honor of our friend and colleague, Col. Dave Byerly, vice commander, 166th Airlift Wing, who passed away on Tuesday Feb. 4 after more than 27 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Air Force Reserve, and, since May 2007, the Delaware Air National Guard.
