Fifteen Small Air Terminal members return after six-month deployments to Southwest Asia

Senior Master Sgt. Mark Currier, Tech. Sgt. Steve Porell and Senior Airman Lacy Porell, 166th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Delaware Air National Guard, in the Small Air Terminal at the New Castle ANG Base, Del., on Nov. 13, 2012. The Airmen were in-processing after returning home Nov. 8 and completing a six-month deployment. Sgt. Currier deployed to the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing in Southwest Asia, and Sgt. Porell and Airman Porell deployed to the 451st AEW at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. They are three of 15 members of the 166th LRS who deployed for six-month long missions in 2012 for duty in the aerial ports at two airfields in Afghanistan and at one other base in Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
