Tech. Sgt. Cassandra Stevens offers 10-year-old "Ramadan" some finer points in painting a building that will serve as a kitchen and dining facility for nearly 30 local youths Dec. 12 in Djibouti. Sergeant Stevens, an aeromedical technician from the Delaware Air National Guard, spends her spare time volunteering at a Djibouti boy's orphanage. Airmen assigned to the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa help prevent conflict, promote regional stability and protect coalition interests in order to prevail against extremism.
