Grounded

Technical Sgt. Scott Nybakken, crew chief for C-130 aircraft # 213, Delaware Air National Guard, attaches a ground wire to protect the aircraft against inadvertant static charges. The aircraft just went over the 10,000 hour flying mark on June 5, 2008 to become the aircraft with the most flying time in the unit's C-130 fleet since eight new C-130H aircraft arrived in the mid-1980s.
