Anthony Sparacio hold up the sign he, Michael Sparacio and Mary Anne Keyes made for Tech Sgt. Joseph Sparacio, 166th Civil Engineer Squadron. Family members of deployed Del. Air National Guardsmen gathered at Our Lady of Fatima Church in New Castle, Del. on Jan. 14 to make signs for their returning loved ones. The event was initiated by the 166 Chaplains Corps, with help from the Airman and Family Readiness Program.
