Janya Moses places an American flag sticker on her sign for her grandfather, Air Force Master Sgt. Maurice Williams, who is in the 166th Civil Engineer Squadron. Family members of deployed Del. Air National Guardsmen gathered at Our Lady of Fatima Church in New Castle, Del. on Jan. 14 to make signs for their returning loved ones. The event was initiated by the 166 Chaplains Corps, with help from the Airman and Family Readiness Program.
