Preparing to help patients after a tornado in Operation Cyclone

Airman 1st Class Jennifer Jackson and Airman Destinee Capponi, 166th Medical Group, Delaware Air National Guard, move a mannequin aboard a litter to place inside a Enroute Patient Staging System tent April 10, 2015 at the New Castle ANG Base, Del. The work is in preparation for use on April 11 during Operation Cyclone, a Delaware National Guard joint training exercise.
