NEWARK, DE- Tech. Sgt. Erin McGillian, health services technician, 142nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron is pinned by Maj. Gen. Carol A. Timmons, adjutant general, Delaware National Guard, during the Delaware Air National Guard Annual Enlisted Recognition Banquet held on March 4, 2017. McGillian received the 2016 Non- Commissioned Officer of the Year Award; which is awarded to an NCO in the rank of E-5 through E-6 for stellar performance and going above and beyond. Leadership including: Col. David Walker, assistant adjutant general- Air, Delaware National Guard, center, Chief Master Sgt. Patricia Ottinger, state command chief- Air, Delaware National Guard, second from the left, and Col. Robert Culcasi, commander 166th Airlift Wing, far left was present to congratulate Rieker.
