Delaware Air National Guard Technical Sergeants Symposium
Bethany Beach, Del- Tech Sgt. Justin Greenhow, aerospace maintenance craftsman, 166th Airlift Wing, discusses physical fitness topics with the group on Mar. 6, 2017. Members of the 166th Airlift Wing, of E-6 grade, attended the Delaware Air National Guard TSgt Symposium held from Mar. 6-7 2017 at the Bethany Beach Training Site. The symposium focused on career progression, leadership concepts, and professionalism. Col. David Walker, assistant adjutant general – Air, Delaware National Guard; DANG leadership, including, Col. Robert Culcasi, commander, 166th Airlift Wing, Chief Master Sgt. Shane Peters, command chief, 166th Airlift Wing, and Senior Master Sgt.
