Oliver assumes command of the 166th Maintenance Group

NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del.- Lt. Col. Michael J. Oliver, right, received a guidon from Col. Robert Culcasi, commander, 166th Airlift Wing, during an assumption of command ceremony held on January 7, 2018. Oliver is the new 166th Maintenance Group Commander; following his assumption of command a ceremony was held to commemorate his promotion to Colonel.
