NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del. - NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del.- Col. Michael J. Oliver, commander, 166th Maintenance Group, points out key areas of biographies which are reviewed for award packages to members of the 166th Airlift Wing on Feb 10, 2018. Oliver pointed out the importance of uniforms, ribbons and achievement medals, having strong evaluation bullets, and other areas of consideration to the audience.
