NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del.- Staff Sgt. Karina Jacobsmeyer, personnel system manager, student –flight non-commissioned officer in charge, 166th Force Support Squadron, is pinned on with chevrons by her parents Steve and Cathy Materson. A ceremony was held to commemorate the promotion of Jacobsmeyer to the rank of Technical Sergeant on April 10, 2018.
