Brig Gen KENNETH M. HALTOM

BRIGADIER GENERAL KENNETH M. HALTOM Brig. Gen. Kenneth M. Haltom is Assistant Adjutant General (ATAG) for Delaware Air National Guard in New Castle, Delaware. Colonel Haltom was commissioned through Army ROTC in 1989. He earned his airborne wings at Fort Benning, Georgia in 1988 as a cadet. Colonel Haltom served from 1989 to 1992 on active duty in the United States Army in Arizona, Germany, Iraq and Kuwait. His unit, the Second Armored Division (FWD), rounded out the First Infantry Division in the first Gulf War. From 1999 to 2000, as an Army Reservist, he served a nine month tour in Bosnia. Colonel Haltom served with Task Force 134 in Baghdad in the summer of 2006. Colonel Haltom attended JSOC in 2001 and completed SOS, ACSC and War College through correspondence.
